By booking a service with Safrano Detailing, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Safrano Detailing is a mobile vehicle detailing business that provides professional detailing services for cars, trucks, boats, planes, and other vehicles. Services are provided at the customer’s location, unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via message. Appointment times are estimates. Actual service start times may vary based on travel, weather, or prior job delays. Customer must ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled location and time.

3. Payment Terms

All pricing is provided upfront. By booking, the customer agrees to pay the full price quoted. Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Safrano Detailing accepts payment via cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, and approved invoicing. Non-payment may result in late fees, service refusal, and potential legal or collection action.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Safrano Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage to vehicles. Customer acknowledges that detailing may expose or worsen existing wear, damage, or compromised materials. Safrano Detailing will take reasonable precautions but is not responsible for damage caused by: Pre-existing paint defects, rust, or corrosion; Aftermarket modifications; Loose trim, emblems, or damaged components; Cracked or deteriorated seals; Unusual material reactions due to age or misuse.

6. Vehicle Condition

Customer is responsible for informing Safrano Detailing of any fragile components or pre-existing damage. Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, or biohazards) may incur additional fees or be refused service.

7. Access Requirements

Customer must ensure that the vehicle is in a safe, legal, and accessible area for mobile service. Services may be rescheduled or refused if there is no access to a vehicle, driveway, or safe working conditions.

8. Weather Policy

Safrano Detailing may reschedule appointments due to rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions. If weather prevents service, customers will be notified and rescheduled at the earliest convenience.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, contact Safrano Detailing within 24 hours of completion. Safrano Detailing will evaluate issues on a case-by-case basis and may offer a re-clean.

10. Media & Marketing

By using our service, you grant permission for before-and-after photos of your vehicle to be taken. These images may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing. Personal information and license plates will be blurred or excluded.

11. Privacy Policy

Safrano Detailing values your privacy and only collects necessary personal information to provide service. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties outside of necessary business operations.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Safrano Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: Unsafe working conditions; Disrespectful or abusive behavior; Non-compliance with these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

Safrano Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
